- Where is my data stored? On your device. Optional iCloud sync is available with MinTok Pro.
- Cancel or refund a purchase: Use your App Store / Subscriptions settings in iOS. We do not have access to your payment details.
- Clear your records: In the app, go to Settings → Reset Records to clear study history and your balance.
- Your balance is not real money. It is a virtual motivation feature based on study time.
